What does the role involve? Your primary responsibility is to generate incremental, profitable sales through outbound calling to surrounding customers (within a defined radius).
You will provide professional service and strong knowledge of Hilti products, services and software to customers, ensuring the successful achievement of company objectives and growth within the scope of the assigned account base.
Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes including, but not limited to, entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing payments and inventories.
It’s an exciting, hands-on role, where you’ll also demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services and advise our walk-in and / or telephonic customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions.
