Responsibilities : Establish and fully embed new On Trade Category strategy in the Formal Market Lead customer engagement with company category strategy and plans to enable and support brilliant activation of initiatives Work with senior stakeholders (up to Director level) in customers’ businesses to identify opportunities to strategically partner with customers’ teams to analyse the future trends in the market, and building collaborative plans focused on growth Work with customer to deliver Business Plans and grow volume and value growth Attend and support relevant outlet events to represent the company with Partners Maintain a live strategic territory plan for internal use Sell in products and ensure availability of the brands according to picture of success Maximize the prominence of brands at each venue Develop and execute experiences and / or brand activities that encourage the tasting and repurchase of focus brands Coordinate training of staff, account owners and consumers through tastings, presentations, etc.

Execute, manage, and evaluate incentive plans for staff and decision makers Ensure that the pricing strategy of brands is correctly implemented in each account Requirements : Matric Valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential 3 to 5 years Liquor experience Formal On Trade Channel experience essential Ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Strong business insight and customer focus Apply : recruiter
