We are looking for an ideal candidate to service the needs of our existing customers, respond to new sales enquiries and to support the Sales Executives with administrative functions (through the CRM).

Administrative function for the Sales department.
Provide excellent and consistent customer support to satisfy their business needs and building strong relationships.
Prepare and submit quotes on behalf of Sales Executive.
Liaison with customers via telephone and email.
Communicate internally important feedback from customers.
Attend to walk-in clients.
Assessing high volumes of incoming enquiries and provide necessary action.
Perform routine sales follow-ups.
Technical understanding of the Hydraform building system and products.
Manage CRM system, capturing customer info, quotes / orders on the system.
