Payroll Administrator. R18 000pm
Pastel Payroll skills and experience as a Payroll Administrator is a pre-requisite for this position. Expatriate payroll experience is highly advantageous.
The successful candidate must meet with the following minimum requirements : - Matric, Level 1 Pastel Payroll and Tax Training Certification -
Relevant HR / Bookkeeping Diploma would be advantageous - Working experience in a Payroll administration role (200 + staff minimum) -
Working knowledge of Tax Legislation and Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, etc. in a South African context -
In depth working knowledge of statutory requirements - Fully computer literate and advanced Pastel Payroll skills - Pay attention to detail whilst coping under pressure and meeting deadlines -
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Good attention to detail, problem solving and pro-
active approach - Posses a high degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality - Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence would be advantageous
