Requirements :

A matric certificate and a degree in a relevant discipline are essential. We are more interested in you and your unique skillset than simply your qualifications, nonetheless, the following will be advantageous :

  • 2-3 years agency experience working on major brands and proof of new business development;
  • good understanding of the retail and FMCG environment.

    Creative Presentations

    Researching, developing and presenting the most effective and creative media concepts for different brands

    Combine creative thinking with factual analysis to determine the most effective manner / media channel mix that will maximise the impact of the brands advertising campaigns within the allocated budget

    Participates in strategy development initiatives for clients

    Constantly and strategically suggest new means of developing, growing and understanding the brand

    Assemble strategic insights into presentation materials for clients

    Represents the consumer / shopper in all brand activities by conducting, managing and analyzing research and creating insightful research application

    Brings the consumer / shopper to life through storytelling for clients

    Develop an understanding of the client's business environment, strategy and ethos

    Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the market place

  • Keep abreast of emerging behaviours and technologies and apply;
  • Research and recommend new in-store and retailer media developments and ideas

  • Monitors and interprets cultural and social trends relevant to client business;
  • Fully understand clients critical brand and communication issues

    Responsible for the management and running of all information gathering and research exercises on each of their own projects

    Has a broad knowledge of factors that can affect consumers / shoppers attitudes and behaviour towards brand

    Able to provide team with constant input during the creative process

    Able to manage research applied for creative development and to ensure that interpretation of results is used effectively and to develop core ideas.


    Compile insightful post campaign feedback reports

    Research, ideas and recommendations for feedback reports

    Updating and utilizing applicable Trello boards

    Updating and utilizing applicable Google sheets

    Assist with pulling top stores.
