Responsibilities Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Delegate tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operation Monitor team performance and report on metrics Motivate team members Discover training needs and provide coaching Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments Suggest and organize team building activities Requirements : Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in the IT Industry In-depth knowledge of performance metrics Good PC skills, especially MS Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills Behaviours : Prioritising and managing several tasks at a single time Establishing a good working relationship with wider teams and customers alike Work with a variety of customers to gain a detailed understanding of their requirements Document writing / process creation Knowledge sharing Desirable Knowledge & Critical success factors : Understanding and knowledge of physical infrastructure along with Virtualisation Technologies.

Self-Driven Individual with the capability to break out of their comfort zone and technology area Knowledge / Understanding of good information security practice from a technical and management perspective Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL Excellent communication skills at all levels Excellent decision making / problem solving skills Strong planning and organisation skills
