Main purpose of the job :
Receive, store, and issue materials, and other items from flavour room with maximum effectiveness complying to policies, procedures and standards consistently.
Prefered Minimum Requirements :
Matric
Inhouse production training on basics of work procedures and stores policies, practices and standards
Full competence in this role is typically developed over a 6 months 1 year
Ability to weigh product accurately as per production requirements
Critical knowledge and skills requirements :
Knowledge :
Understanding of Stores Stock Control & Principles
Knowledge of Stores procedures, product, packaging requirements, Packaging and product specifications and materials.
Quality Procedures
Cleaning Procedures
Health & Safety Procedures
Personal hygiene standards
HACCP, GMP and general warehouse practices within our enviroment
Skills
Ability to operate and control the Flavour & Colour Store
Ability to follow cleaning procedures. Continuous process minding.
