Detailed Description : Ensure that the office administration is handled appropriately within scope of control Manage incoming and outgoing office correspondence (i.
e. telephone calls, queries, e-mails, letters, etc.) Prepare reports and executive summaries on behalf of the GM Manage and review filing and office systems Source and order stationery Follow-
up on outstanding matters on behalf the GM Ensure that the meeting administration and logistics are handled appropriately within scope of control Manage the GMs electronic diary Set up appointments and arrange meetings on behalf of the GM Manage all meeting logistics in respect of schedules, agendas, compiling meeting packs, taking meeting minutes, etc.
Develop and manage a follow-up plan on meeting resolutions and matters outstanding Ensure that the office financial administration is handled appropriately within scope of control Manage travel arrangements for the GM (e.
g. travel bookings, accommodation, transport, etc.) Process payments of invoices (e.g., stationary, claims, etc.) and accounts according to the required specification Ensure that financial records are available Deliver excellent customer service Provide good customer service by meeting the client requirements as per their requests within SLA Handle queries and resolve problems as they relate to the project Resolve customer issues within the desired time frame Follow up on customer queries, complaints etc.

T. proficiency (MS office suite, internet ) Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Personal Assistant Knowledge of Quality Management Systems as well as experience on the JDE System would be an advantage
