Job Requirements :
Original ID Document
South African Bank Account (we do not accept 3rd party bank accounts)
Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent
Tertiary qualification or certification completed in English
Clear Credit and Criminal record
Minimum of 1-year experience in the customer service space
Basic understanding and knowledge of the UK Energy market (advantageous)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent command and use of English, both written and Verbal
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and numeric skills
Able to navigate through various systems at once
Good attendance and performance record
Reliable transport to Umhlanga
Ability to work from home & provide reliable connection
Ability to bring insight
Maintain a high performance
Duties Include :
Handling customer inquiries via email and telephonically
Proactively identify issues and problems before arising
Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures
Providing world class customer service
Working with various parts of the business to resolve issues
Working Hours - 09H00-21H00 (ROTATIONAL SHIFTS) (SUBJECT TO UK CLOCKCHANGE) (MON-FRI) / ALTERNATE SATURDAYS
Candidates will be required to complete a game based assessment as well as a skills assessment & may be required to come on site a maximum of twice throughout our recruitment process.
Candidates should be able to commence work on 21 June 2021 - All Application Outcomes will be posted prior to this date.
