We are currently looking for a highly energy, ambitious and fast-paced Internal Recruiter to join our RPO team. The successful candidate must attract first-rate talent, ensure lasting and successful placements, build high quality candidate pipelines and compile market maps.
The goal is to achieve and exceed KPI’s, clients' expectations and to add value to our and our clients business. We are very fast paced and require a vibrant go-getter.
Experience required :
Drafting quality job specs
Advertising Jobs with an effective marketing introduction
Candidate assessment and testing
Reporting on KPI’s and SLA
Mapping, creating and managing Talent pools
Minimum requirements :
Diploma / Degree in HRM or related
Minimum of 3 years Internal Recruitment experience
Minimum of 2 years Agency Recruitment experience
Recruitment experience must include Technical / Sales / IT and Generalist positions
Computer Literate (ATS, Job Portals and the full MS Office)
Excellent communications and reporting skills
