Purpose of the Role
To lead strategy for Product in the Customer journey. Develop Product that shifts the business into new categories.
Set Product Strategy for the business.
Ensure Product Strategy is executed.
Manage and maintain the Life time value and GP’s of products.
Product Innovation and concept creation - Innovate and create products that deliver unbeatable value that our customers cannot get anywhere else.
Manage the strategic relationships and negotiations with product fulfilment Partners.
Ensure our product fulfillment is in accordance with the agreed SLA’s.
Responsible for Strategic Product Value Management.
Understand and pro-actively manage product performance.
Ensure product strategy keeps our products relevant irrespective of state of economy.
Oversee scripting and testing for the Business.
Knowledge, Experience & Skill :
Relevant Tertiary Degree
10 Years minimum working experience
Ability to understand economic situation and direction of SA
Passion and knowledge of technology and how it can be and is used for innovating technology in insurance, motor vehicle, insurance health, life, cellular and legal
Experience and understanding of insurance cells would be beneficial
Experience in digital for the delivery of customer facing service solutions would be beneficial.
Strong Commercial knowledge
