DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB :
DBSSSA has an exciting temporary opportunity (approximately 18 months) for an HR Business Partner to lead and execute the People Workstream deliverables of Project Phoenix, with the key objective of creating an agile, flexible, future-
fit workforce that delivers the right work at the right time in the right way, ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful incumbent would need to facilitate the delivery of the following workstream deliverables :
Culture strategy defined and implemented
New Employee Value Proposition defined and implemented
Future operational readiness skills development plan compiled and implemented
Transformational leadership framework embedded
Change Management Plan compiled and implemented
Fit for purpose organisation structure designed and implemented
Relocation strategy and plan developed and implemented dependent on outcomes of infrastructure workstream
The incumbent will be required to provide subject matter expertise and best practice to DBSSSA on Human Resources matters, in liaison with the Senior HR Manager and other key Group resources.
The incumbent will also be required to successfully implement the detailed project plan within the agreed timelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors / Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant functional discipline, e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or equivalent.
A recognised specialist in the understanding and application of HR practices and approaches
Should have at least 5 years’ HR generalist experience with an understanding of all aspects of the HR function
Previous experience of utilising an integrated Human Resources Information System
Previous experience in organization design and culture change projects
Knowledge of a Human Resources Information system (SAP)
Knowledge of South African Labour Law
Ability to deliver outputs within agreed timeframes
Communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the HR strategy and operating model to Managerial Leaders
