Ability to develop execute root cause analysis and fix
Ability to develop new and innovative operational solutions
Safety / Housekeeping : Maintain, develop, and implement programs to ensure that a safety and housekeeping standards and objectives are met
Accountable and responsible for inventory management as it pertains to loss / damage
Assure compliance to regulations in regards to safety certification to forklift drivers, and OHSA guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements :
B-Tech / Degree in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
MINIMUM 5 years management experience.
Proven track record in inventory management, warehouse bin set up, stock rotation and loss prevention
Excellent computer skills (experience in Warehouse Management Systems).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills
