The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Human Resources and Training functions in accordance with company policy and given guidelines.

Governance Adhered to Infinity Brands’ policies and procedures Adhered to Infinity Brands ethics and values Flagged potential legal issues and amendments end effectively communicated that to management Adhered to deadlines Protect organisations values by keeping information confidential Comply with Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and any newly implemented legislation Recruitment and Selection Recruitment-

receiving CVs, advertising vacancies, meetings with recruitment agencies or schedules Ensure that HR complies with safer recruitment practices and compliance Coordinate signing and issuing of letter of offer, employment agreements and remuneration structure Arrange IT Checks for interviewed candidates and review credit and educational records together Ensure correct Submission of all Payroll / Benefits Interview candidates and schedule second round interviews Inform all existing staff of new staff joining the company Personnel Administration Review and Administer polcies and procedures Manage the drafting and record keeping of all job profiles Performance Management Issue and monitor all staff KPIs Ensure monthly and quarterly performance reviews are held Provide appropriate reports Industrial Relations Assist Executives in issuing notifications of greivances, disciplinary hearings and retrenchments with the assistance of the relevant HR Consultant Issue of warnings Assist in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinarians and greivances by gathering and compiling information Training and Development Ensure Training Officer keeps record of all completed staff training Oversee content development of training department Reporting Assist with and gather information of the Employment Equity Plan Assist and gather information for the completion of the Annual Training Reports and submission thereof.

Senior certificate (NQF4) or the equivalent Certificate / Diploma / Degree in HR or equivalent Valid code B driver’s license and own transport (would be advantageous) Passed criminal and credit checks SA Citizen or valid work permit for SA R15000.
