Industrial Relations Consultant needed for a leading mining company in MpumalangaThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Industrial Relations Consultant to ensure compliance with IR policies and procedures, handling grievances and disciplinary procedures, guiding supervisors in IR matters, handling medical incapacity cases, handling unauthorised absenteeism and representing the company at CCMA hearings.
Ideally you will have a Degree in Industrial Relations / Human Resources / Labour Law qualifications.
A minimum of 6 years ER / IR experience in a mining environment is essential.
