Position Purpose :

The Key Account Manager Turkey is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of accounts delivering customer satisfaction, achieving customer loyalty and profitable sales growth.


Lead and win profitable sales revenue growth from assigned portfolio of accounts covering both Automotive and Industrial Solutions and Intercontinental Solutions

Develop and implement account management strategies to retain, improve and grow assigned accounts for both Automotive and Industrial Solutions and Intercontinental Solutions

Win profitable business in line with our strategic and financial goals

Develop excellent relationships management with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts

The negotiation of all strategic commercial agreements


Interface between assigned accounts and the wider Automotive and Industrial Solutions and Intercontinental Solutions teams

Financial and market recommendations to the leadership team


Account retention, development and profitable growth


Education : Relevant degree or equiv. (M) MBA (D)


Minimum 5 years in a similar customer facing commercial role within a multinational environment

Solid track record in the Automotive sector

Experience in working within sizeable multi discipline teams and influencing change in a matrix / cross-functional environment

Skills and Knowledge

Good communication skills

Strong negotiating, collaboration, solution selling and relationship building capabilities

Senior level networking skills

Strong analytical skills

Strategic thinking, ability to develop and drive a concept through to commercial offer and successful conclusion

Strong business knowledge and acumen

Results oriented, goal aligned approach

Strong knowledge of the automotive and industrial supply chain


Fluent English / Fluent Turkish
