Administrator with PASTEL AND POS working experience A company in the Tyre and Mag industry is looking for a reliable Office Administrator who will undertake all administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of the front-end office.
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years industry experience or 5 years retail experience. Have working experience with Pastel and Point of sale (POS) and can work with little supervision, be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities · Manage stock and ensure all inventory systems are updated on Pastel · Manage the Point of Sale · Coordinate all office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance · Manage filing systems · Manage office supplies and supplier payments Requirements · Working experience on MS Outlook and practical experience with MS Word and MS Excel · Excellent organizational skills · Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities · Experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles · Matric;
