A Well-established Restaurant has an opportunity for an experienced Restaurant / FOH Manager to join their team in Pretoria-East area Minimum requirements : 3+ years Restaurant experience Must be customer orientated with an out-going personality not shy Must have excellent communications skills and be a hard worker Experience on Excel, Micros will be advantage Shift work from 6 : 30 15 : 00 and from 15 : 00 23 : 00 Possibility of 1 weekend off per month, depending on functions etc.

Duties will include but is not limited to : Full function FOH Manager duties Doing rosters, payroll, administration duties etc.

Event Coordination and planning of events Welcoming clients and explaining how functions work, do bookings etc. Stock control and ordering of alcohol and beverages Doing cash-ups from 22 : 30
