DescriptionThe position will support a Financial Advisor, offers growth and the opportunity for exposure to the Financial Planning / Wealth Management Industry.
Requirements : Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous.Good numeracy / mathematical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good time management skills, attention to detail with a great sense of urgency.
Research ability and resourcefulness.Good Computer Literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.)Key Areas of Performance (not limited to) : Welcoming clients upon arrival.
Scheduling appointments with clients.Preparing relevant files and documents for meetings.Corresponding with clients on a daily basis in a professional and efficient manner.
Record and maintain information and tasks on CRM System.General administrative support within the nature of the role and industry.
