We are currently looking for an Office Receptionist / Secretary Key Tasks : Greeting and welcoming of visitors, and directing them appropriately and general reception duties
Switchboard duties, answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls / referring inquiries correctly, taking and giving messages left to correct person.
General secretarial support and assisting staff with any admin duties i.e : typing, filing etc
General office management, leave forms, boardroom bookings, car rental bookings, flight and accommodation booking.
Entering invoice on excel spreadsheet and Invoicing when requested.
Handling of courier services and post
