Aurecon's Cape Town Built Environment is seeking a Junior Civil Technician to join the team working on a range of civil related projects within the Built Environment unit.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician to join a global consultancy delivering world class projects to clients on a global basis and build on your engineering career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all design aspects within the built environment from conceptual to final design
  • Manage drafting activities daily basis.
  • Coach our less experienced staff, which includes reviewing Design work and performing verifications
  • Develop specifications, cost estimates, and prepare final tender documentation
  • Prepare reports required by the project development
  • Key Requirements

  • National Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 2 year experience as an Junior Civil Technician within the Built Environment
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer skills
