Our large retail client, with their head office based in Cape Town Central, is seeking to employ a qualified Retail Operations Manager to join their team.

Preferably a business related qualification, Diploma or Degree (Tertiary)Preferably at least 5 years’ experience as an Operations Manager (managing Regional Managers)Extensive experience in the retail fashion industry within a multi-brand environmentExperience in implementing strategies and visionGood administration and merchandise skillsExcellent people management and IR skillsGood planning and organizational skillsGood interviewing and coaching skillsInnovative leadership and training skillsResults driven personality with a skill for leading and motivating a large teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical abilities and problem solving skills
