Job DescriptionOur Client is seeking an experienced local Management Couple to oversee the full running and management of a Lodge (Comprising of 3 camps), Day Visitor area and Restaurant that caters for In house and day / walk in guests and tour groups.
The couple will be required to manage the different facets and areas of the business fully to include Staff Management and Training, Stock Control and Ordering, Guest / Client / Patron Liaison, All administration and financial Controls, Front of House, Housekeeping, Reservations, Marketing, Activities Management (Horse Riding and Game Drives), Food and Beverage Outlet Management, etc.
Previous experience within a similar role essential.QualificationsFormal Hospitality Qualifications will prove a strong advantage.
SkillsExceptionally versatile and able to compliment one another and the needs of the different areas of the business well.
