The Business Analyst is responsible to map Human Resource processes particularly HR Payroll, and Remuneration and Benefits.

The role will re-engineer HR processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that HR has well documented processes in place to enable successful implementation which is critical to the new HR operating model and performance indicators.
