Introduction...

The incumbent will promote and strengthen the relationship that SANBS has with various Users, i.e. Hospital (Public and Private), the Medical Fraternity etc.

in order to promote the image of SANBS. To educate the user’s on the services provided by SANBS as well as facilitating communication, information and contact between SANBS and the Users.

To act as a Liaison between SANBS and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements...

  • Registered Nurse or Medical Technologis
  • Advanced Computer Literacy MS Office
  • 3years experience in a medical environment
  • Key Performance Area :

  • Providing information on products and services to bloodusers
  • Ensure Customer Service
  • Establish and facilitate Hospital Transfusion Committees(HTC’s)
  • Educate, provide and present Training to nursing staff onblood products
  • Participate in business planning and budget preparationAnalytical thinking and attention to detail
