DescriptionArtistic Director (30 hours per week - flexible)You will have specific responsibility for the artistic work of the company, furthering Ludus reputation for excellence in dance practice, particularly with young people.

You will manage the companys relationship with its key stakeholders including Arts Council England, lead on the companys safeguarding policy and collaborate with the Development Director on strategic development, management of the Ludus team, on fundraising policy and bid writing.

You should be a senior leader in the arts sector with experience in developing innovative programmes in the dance sector.
