Position Details :

The HR Business Partner Associate is responsible for delivering excellence and influencing the employee experience in partnership with our HR leaders and cross functional HR team members around the globe.

Additional responsibilities include completing essential work in the areas of onboarding, new hire orientation, data management, reporting, offboarding and employee relations.

Primary Responsibilities

Navigate performance management challenges

Implement diversity and inclusion programs

Evaluate compensation and rewards distribution

Oversee employee recognition programs

Be a champion for employee engagement

Coach and guide teams professionally and in culture development

Implement talent management programs

Resolve conflicts between team members and leaders

Should be skilled at feedback and communications in a corporate environment

Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations

Investigate employee concerns

Build consensus with HR peers, leaders, and employees across subject matter experts and global locations

Participate in modernization and evolution of HR organization

Create a phenomenal employee experience

Balance business needs and employee advocacy

Develop solid and trusted relationships at all levels

Engage in a humble and authentic way

Demonstrate genuine rapport with employees and leadership

Be a visible, involved, and engaged advisor to all employees throughout the organization

Provide feedback and communication knowing when to yield and when to push back

Requirements :

Related Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology is essential

Postgraduate degree preferred

2+ years of progressive HR experience (this can include internship experience)

Strong focus on employee relations and investigations

Preferred experience in a Professional Services or IT company

Diplomacy, conscientiousness, flexibility, dependability, and a good sense of humor
