In-depth knowledge of recruitment as well as recruitment processes in a recruitment agency environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but are not limited to the following : Tele sales, canvassing and cold calling with the objective of providing consultative staffing solutions to clients.
Distribution of company information to create awareness of company services.Regular client visits (new and existing) to develop strong client relationships and understand clients staffing requirements.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients.Sourcing of candidates in accordance with client job specifications and APSO code of conduct.
Interviewing, preparing CVs and processing of candidates applications.Offering candidates positions and negotiating offers of employment on behalf of clients.
Reference checking all shortlisted clients prior to submission of CVs to clients.Preparation of CVs for submission to clients.
