Process and Controls Co-Ordinator Long term contracting opportunity available for a Process and Controls Co-Ordinator. 5-
8 years relevant experience in IT of which 2-3 years at Management level.Project Management qualification beneficial.The position will require the following : Governance (process & financial) in all project related processesFair practise in all processesLegal compliance and consistency in terms of governanceManaging the interface with the centralised Company infrastructure area.
Collaborating closely and integrating systems with the other company branded entities within the company and aligning with group standards ( Company IT Philosophy).
Determine long-term skills requirements for IT teams based on Project outlook and strategic direction of IT service offerings.
Maintain IT Skills matrix to be used across IT as skill pool referenceProvide planning tools and monitor succession planning in all IT areasRemuneration metrics and controlEnsure compliance to Company IT governance and legal compliance including reporting to the national governance structures.
Participate in the design and application of a process to gather organisational feedback regarding the service delivery of IT in the business unit.
