The candidate will be expected to build and maintain a portfolio of clients and to grow a network of referrers and perform (but not limited to) the following duties :

  • To actively penetrate areas of growth and identify new marketing opportunities
  • Arranging and coordinating marketing events and meetings
  • Preparing marketing presentations
  • Liaising with external business partners
  • Assisting the Regional Manager / Head : Risk Finance in formulating bespoke insurance solutions for clients
  • Policy administration and general administration
  • Preparation of records such as marketing reports, prospective client records, fee structures
  • Premium budget management and sales reports
  • Coordinating and compiling all executive and management reports
  • Developing and implementing annual business plans to promote and maintain business
  • Drive and adhere to compliance. What will make you successful in this role? QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Grade 12
  • B degree or similar qualification in accounting and financial field would be preferable
  • 5 years’ experience in financial services environment
  • RE5 certificates
  • Experienced at working with high net worth clients will be an advantage
  • Experience in the industrial & commercial sector
  • Existing client network would be preferable KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking
