Currently we are searching for a General Assistant for Cape Town, South Africa. Responsibilities of this Post : Provide administrative support to Senior Management.
Handle extensive schedule across various time zones, i.e. client meetings, office visits, etc Administer travel arrangement, i.
e. flight reservation, hotel booking, airport transfer, visa application, etc. Coordinate and provide minutes for departmental meetings / conference calls, depending on department Manage expense reporting and submissions.
Maintain database / spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking / documentation of departmental activities Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
Provide support for HR administration as and when required. Provide support for local office administration including but not limited to supply inventory and front line office support including reception.
Requirements of this Post : Matric. Two years experience in administration role. Exceptional communication skills Strong administrative skills.
Strong knowledge in MS Office. Good time management skills. Excellent attention to detail.
