Overview
Finding talent is at the heart of our business and we are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our global team.
You will be working with a collaborative team across multiple countries.
This is an exciting time to join as we are transforming the TA function to support the growth of our business.
This position is based in South Africa with flexible, work from home options. The working hours for this position are 1pm to 10 pm.
Responsibilities
Source talent using direct sourcing methods with the best in class tools
Guide hiring managers around best practice recruitment, embedding hiring processes, providing guidance and advise on routes to market
Providing market and data insight to help stakeholders make informed decisions about the hires they make
Maintain an engaged candidate pipeline in line with our demand
Provide an engaging and ethical experience for candidates
Collaborating with onshore recruiters to meet recruitment demands
Skills
Good client-facing skills, with experience in developing partnerships multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable supporting a demanding and dynamic team including more senior stakeholders
Proficient with MS Office suite of programmes, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Experience
A recruitment background (agency or internal)
Proven experience using proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage talented individuals including (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media, etc.)
Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising high volumes of roles, whilst working to tight deadlines
