Human Resources Development Specialist needed for a leading Mining company in Gauteng! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Development Specialist to ensure that the technical HR Development needs are met and that a high technical skills level is maintained for all employees at all levels.
Compile annual training plan, report and manage training budget and also assist with succession planning.
Ideally you will have a relevant National HRD Diploma / relevant Training qualification NQF level 6 and preferably 8 years experience in an HR Development methodologies and systems environment in mining.
