The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing the integrated marketing communication requirements of the company through having a deep understanding of the business, using agency processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification.

You will be responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of work within the agency, and managing the process of turning data into insight and insight into breath-taking digital campaigns across all digital platforms.

You will need to have the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, implement effective strategies and creative ideas to achieve overall digital objectives for the agency. *Responsibilities*

  • Develop a culture of strong teamwork, ensuring that both the team and agency are implementing effective and timely communications by applying agreed-upon processes and procedures
  • Lead the resolution of issues and generate ideas for the business planning process
  • Be responsible for client and agency relationships (ensuring effective Account Management delivery on all accounts)
  • Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge base of the clients business, including competitive activity, local and global industry and consumer trends
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings and presentations, and chair meetings where necessary
  • Coordinate team integration for brand communication strategy development
  • Implement creative communication activities
  • Implement communication production for all elements
  • Ensure effectiveness of communication is measured (where applicable)
  • Manage brand office administration and communication call reports, weekly status etc.
  • Manage brand history file (i.e. : monthly reports or competitor reports)
  • Proactively communicate with the client and ensure the clients expectations are understood and met in client meetings
  • Implement effective strategies and creative ideas to achieve overall objectives
  • Manage sign-off and approval of process of work
  • Manage the scoping process
  • Resource procurement
  • Cost and source quotes from suppliers, and negotiate rates with suppliers
  • Assist in internal and external expectations
  • Report on project progress, and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Manage quality control
  • Ensure the correct licensing of artistic material across all formats and locations are adhered to within agreed timings
  • Promote agency-wide collaboration, and contribute to developing a cooperative environment
  • Promote cross-functional and integrated working environment
  • Lead the creative development process (including best practice briefs, verbal briefings and evaluations)
  • Lead effective implementation of production and delivery of communication activities
  • Manage the delivery of accurate campaigns on time and within budget
  • Assist in managing WIP and resolve accounts queries with BUD
  • Manage day to day ad hoc briefs
  • Manage new business
  • Adhere to and implement appropriate agency processes
  • Be the companys brand ambassador
  • Brand Management or Marketing Communications Diploma or Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a digital marketing communications role. Strategy, advertising, research or marketing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to and create meaningful change
  • Ability to provide leadership and inspiration to the team
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with the agency and with their clients
  • Must be able to facilitate the understanding of the industry, the company and the clients business
  • Previous experience with supervising project management implementation
  • Must be willing to get involved with brand communication strategy development process
  • With guidance, must be able to lead the creative development process
  • Ability to manage the communication research process
