Credit Soltuions Services (Pty)Ltd is well establised business and we seeking for a dynamic team player who is self-driven to fill a Tech support role working night shift from 15 : 00pm to 01 : 00am.

Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications.

Assist all users with any query or incident logged to the IT support desk. Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement permanent fixes with the aim of restoring the service, escalating incidents when necessary.

Accurately record, update and document requests using the helpdesk web portal. Install and configure new IT equipment. Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.

Resolve incidents with printers. Work under minimal direction. Maintain a first-class level of customer support. Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organisation.

To be a highly motivated team player with the skills and ability to manage changing priorities. Create, maintain, and publish relevant support documentation.

Be willing to attend internal and external training as necessary to keep up to date with the latest technology and internal system processes.

To work within the relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Undertaking other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility.

Provide reporting to senior management. Matric A N One year or more experience within a similar environment is essential Active directory administration Users, Groups, GPO's, Security Groups.

Office 365 administration. Networking fault finding. Remote Support. General software and hardware fault finding and troubleshooting.
