Description JOB PURPOSE You are responsible for the management of digital media campaigns This essentially involves ensuring that campaigns go live as per the Media plan & Strategy Your role is to ensure all campaigns / projects are executed and delivered to achieve maximum results You will be expected to have the ability to manage multiple campaigns, have great communication skills (both internally & with clients) and have high attention to detail.
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to) Attending campaign kick-off meetings Trafficking of all schedules that are sent for booking Attaching all AS PER THE IO schedules to the relevant trello cards (Previous schedule version needs to be deleted off the trello card and only final schedule to be reflected) All AS PER THE IO schedules need to be saved on the server if no folder has been created for the client then you are responsible for creating one based on the template provided All relevant material related to the campaign including updated campaign material provided by the client / creative agency must be saved on the server under the relevant campaign folders created by you All campaign notes to be reflected in the trello card This will include creative received, tags sent, screenshots sent, reporting dates, campaign dates, client and media owner contact details relevant to the schedule Creating of creative specs documents based on the contents of the as per the IO schedule Creative spec documents to be sent to the client / creative agency Follow up with creative agency for campaign material and landing pages prior to the campaign going live (as per the company process timelines) Q&A of creative prior to loading in the adserver / sending to media owners and specialists Packaging of creative by media owner this includes external media owners and internal specialists (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Programmatic, Twitter & Snapchat etc.
Loading creative into the adservers if it is required for the campaign Send code packs to media owners based on the creative loaded into the adserver (Sizmek / DCM) this would be as per the schedule Create UTM’s if required for the campaign and send with the creative to media owners / internal specialists as listed above Create tracking pixels to be sent to client for implementation on the website based on conversion points (if it is required for the campaign) All media owner mock-ups to be sent to client for approval prior to going live.
Following up with relevant specialists / media owners to ensure that your campaign is on track to go live on the said date Requesting campaign screenshots from all parties involved in the campaign Specifying the reporting dates with the media owners, internal and external Creating calendar reminders based on the reporting dates as advised to all parties and sending out these reminders to them Creating the screenshot report for the client this is applicable to all placements if the campaign includes different campaign bursts (on one schedule) this needs to be saved on the server Every schedule that goes live must have a screenshot report on the server and sent to the client Sending the screenshot report to the clients and highlighting the expected report dates for the campaign (as per the company timelines) Ensuring that all creative and placements are live and that the campaign is set to deliver this needs to be a weekly check dependent on the campaign duration Requesting interim reports (if applicable) Compiling of all reports including ALL media owners relevant to the campaign Ensuring that all data and formulas are correct Highlighting any campaign performance concerns with media owners / internal specialists Ensuring that you read through your commentary of campaign performance and highlight any concerns with your strategist All reports to be sent to the relevant strategist prior to the report being sent to the clients All reports are to be sent to client by the relevant parties (as agreed upon with the strategist) Ensuring that there are no spelling and grammar mistakes Keep track of campaign under deliveries including campaign under spends and highlighting this with the relevant strategist & planners Ensure that all campaigns deliver on time as per the schedule end date Updating trello daily with the campaign status Attending daily stand-up meetings Compiling timesheets if required All internal communication to be done on slack and not email All campaign reports to be compiled via the agreed reporting tool REQUIREMENTS Key Competencies Good analysis, interpretation and writing skills.
Ability to work with speed under pressure accurately. Attention to detail. Accountable, responsible, reliable, flexible, proactive, and productive - understands the impact on the business of not delivering to agreed commitments and always strives to deliver the highest quality even when under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and communication skills. Must be able to work alongside a range of people and as part of a team.
