Expedia The Manager, Lodging Content Operations will lead two teams to success in creating and maintaining website descriptions for new and existing properties in Africa, Indian Ocean and Israel.

The Manager will focus on creativity, efficiency, and a strong sense of ownership among team members. He / she will bring best practices in operations management to ensure clear, accurate, and comprehensive property information about rooms and rates, property features, room amenities, media, and promotions.

  • The successful candidate will do this, while meeting tight deadlines and high levels of customer service. He / she will set clear team and individual goals;
  • and ensure open communication and collaboration both among team members and with other teams. The Manager, Lodging Content Operations, will work closely with sales and many internal teams, including peers managing similar teams in EMEA and around the world.

    Candidates must have excellent oral and written fluency in English. Please note this is NOT an editorial management job overseeing manually written text.

    The Manager will report into the Director, EMEA, within the Global Supply Operations (GSO) group. Key Areas Of Responsibility Drive design, implementation, and execution of process improvements Work with stakeholders on strategy, success measures, and outcomes, using test-
