Corporate Strategy Formation and Planning
Develop and execute the companys business strategies in order to attain the
goals of the board and shareholders.
Provide strategic advice to the board so that they will have accurate view of the market and the companys future.
Responsible for developing and executing the business model for the attainment of revenue and P&L goals.
Define a customer facing content strategy and to deliver impactful business
results and achieve revenue objectives through the design, development,
delivery and evaluation of the training course and materials.
Assuming full accountability to the board for all company operations.
Applies the most cost-effective methods and approaches, provides leading-edge products and services and retains its competitive edge.
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and
research opportunities on new / existing clients.
Identify and develop routes to market for service offering.
Develop and deploy easy buy / easy sell mechanisms, such as learning
subscription plans, training credits, training days, etc.
Leverage deep functional expertise in order to expand the customers use of
existing products and to identify new products offerings.
Demonstrate advanced insights and understanding of customers business /
industry and challenge appropriately the way a customer views both their
quantify business outcomes (i.e. global revenues or other key performance indicators); set resource budgets (financial and
headcount); and review and approve business cases for programs that have a
strategic global business impact.
Financial Management and Control
Oversee the companys financial performance, investments and other business
Prepare, gain acceptance, and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, that revenue flows are maximized and that fixed costs are minimized.
Oversee the preparation of the annual report and accounts of the company and ensure their approval by the board.
Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, learning institutes, key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.
Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to
promote the products, services and image of the company in the wider
Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure thatthe company complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.
Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way

Lead Learning Institute team in alignment with the companie''s vision and values.
Lead and manage the instructional design / curriculum team, the instructor
delivery team and the education operations function.
Define and develop the content strategy and processes that will be used to
ensure rapid, flexible development and timely maintenance of technical training materials and programs for product users.
Identify the tools and learning technology choices that will provide ways to cost effectively scale programs and improve learning effectiveness and speed to proficiency for trainees.
Steering the activities of the learning center and ensuring the efficient utilization of all training recourses.
Leadership and Direction
Through effective inspirational leadership, facilitate the creation of accountable, full service teams who understand and strive to meet the needs of all stakeholders.

General Education University / Post Graduate qualification :
in humanities, education, adult literacy or related field.
10+ years of experience in revenue-generating Education services with P&L
Experience and commitment to serving adult learners in a diverse academic
Managerial Experience 8-10 years of experience training, managing, and evaluating professional and peer tutors.
