MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma / Degree

Previous farm management experience

Previous pasture management experience essential

Management of maize growing and other crops

Manage general maintenance of tractors and farm related implements including pumps and pivots

Ability to motivate and work with a team

Strong record of management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Being maintenance orientated essential

Computer literate

Ability to speak Zulu
