Purpose of the Role

Complete empathetic understanding of Customer

Key Responsibilities :

  • To drive customer understanding inside the customer business
  • To drive and develop creation of brand communication elements and creative
  • Very keen eye of following market and competitive landscape
  • Understanding channels, tactics and methods to reach audiences where brand is currently not playing
  • Clear understanding of the role or Neuro Linguistic Programming (asking questions)
  • Clear understanding of the role of greed
  • Clear understanding of the role of fear of loss
  • Clear understanding of the role of call to action
  • Clear understanding of the role of trust
  • Very import to know how to write selling copy, i.e. how to sell product
  • Knowledge, Experience & Skills :

  • Experience in digital selling
  • Business science background / Consumer Science / Behavioural Economics
  • Ability to pull strategy from anything and create something inspirational
  • Personal Characteristics :
