We are a medico-legal consulting firm that provides the services of medical experts in case of medical negligence litigation.

The selected candidate will have to report to the directors and be expected to attend to the daily functions of the office.

  • Responsibilities and Duties : Receive and manage new instructions from the different Attorney offices; Record all cases received;
  • Peruse medical documents;Manage communication with medical experts and the instructing attorneys; Send out instructions to medical experts and confirm appointments;
  • Create appointment schedules and send them to the instructing attorneys; Record all confirmed appointments;Make copies and send out documents to medical experts;
  • Receive the medico legal reports from the experts;Capture all received reports and ensure that they are sent to the relevant parties;
  • General administration (filing, answering the phone, attending to incoming emails) Take instructions from the Directors and carrying them out;
  • Arrange meetings.Minute takingQualifications / Skills : Grade 12 or Equivalent;At least 1 year experience as an Office assistant or Administrative Assistant (would be beneficial if candidate is familiar with legal environment);
  • Computer literate;Good at MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Good typing skillsGood writing and speaking skills (English)Good telephone etiquette;
