HR Business Partner - Brits Reference : PTA000208-EV-1 An international agrochemical manufacturer is seeking the above to perform all HR Generalist and national training and development duties.

Duties & Responsibilities Minimum requirements for the role : MUST have an HR or related degree At least 5 years generalist experience is essential Previous experience in a multinational would be preferred Experience with blue collar factory workers is essential Ability to apply strategic leadership is required for the role Previous experience with training and development would be preferred Must have significant IR experience The successful candidate will be responsible for : Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.

Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual. Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.

Planning and assessing the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme. Developing effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees.

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.

Devising a training strategy for the organisation. Building training programmes from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis) and delegating work to other members of the learning and development team.

  • Supporting the local implementation of high quality and robust HR disciplines such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, succession planning, people training &
  • development and Industrial relations. Supporting the Country HRBP by reporting, monitoring and addressing HR compliance to be in line with local regulations and standards whilst managing business risk arising from employment liability.

    Contributing to local or global HR projects / initiatives as assigned to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business.
