Talent & Development Practitioner needed for a leading mining company in Free State!This is a fantastic opportunity for a Talent & Development Practitioner to assist with training needs and transformation, implement and monitor the social and labour plan, including ABET, succession planning, learnership programmes, mentoring programmes and employee housing, supervise training budgetary process.

Ideally you will have a Degree in HRD or related.

A minimum of 6 years experience in an operational HRD role in a mining environment is essential.
