Job Description
We are looking for an in exceptional Data Entry Clerk intern to type information into our database from paper documents.
Update existing data
Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Type in data provided directly from customers
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
Requirement & Skills
Proven experience as data entry clerk. Without experience will be trained
Excellent MS Office Word, Excel, outlook and PowerPoint
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Grade 11 and 12 1-3 years experience , Diploma and degree can apply now by forwarding updated CV
