IS CONSULTANT JUNIOR (SENIOR SURVEY ADMINISTRATION ANALYST)

REPORTS TO

IS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / IS CONSULTANT SALES - SALES ASSOCIATE II

PURPOSE OF ROLE :

Developing professional individual contributor in the Survey Administration family, who works under moderate supervision.

This role will coordinate client data collection and produce survey data reports and analysis.

Electronic and telephonic engagement with clients to follow up on survey and IS related matters, quality reviews of data submitted, advising on data interpretation, job matching and other technical support.

Additional support required is administrative duties such as planning and organizing client visits, planning industry forums, arranging training events, and follow up on collection.

Partnering with internal resources to understand the delivery of appropriate rewards consulting and products to clients is also of critical importance for this role.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The responsibilities will be varied and include the following critical performance areas :

Administrative Support :

  • Organize networking events for clients in allocated region
  • Review quality of client inputs in survey data and recommend improvements
  • Administer invoices and other related documentation to ensure timeous collections
  • Plan and organize survey launch and feedback meetings including travel and accommodation
  • Client Relationship Management :

  • Develop an understanding of rewards and benefits trends in specific regions and industries and provide engage clients appropriately to determine services required
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients and ensure professional and ethical conduct and level of engagement at all times
  • Learn about the customer business in client organizations to understand their context, requirements and opportunities to partner
  • Improve client retention through follow up and service excellence
  • Continuously identify opportunities to conduct business and sell company products
  • Respond timeously and appropriately to client requests
  • Regularly update and maintain the client database for area of responsibility
  • Project Delivery :

  • Partner with AST & CST to chart the survey process for allocated region
  • Publish survey launch communications, data collection deadlines and feedback sessions to clients
  • Identify possible risks and delays and engage team to mitigate risks
  • Facilitate survey launch and feedback meetings as area of responsibility
  • Collect data from clients and advise / be the point of contact for reward, job matching and data interpretation
  • Review submissions prior to hand-over to manager
  • Monitor and report survey progress
  • Plan client visits to assist with survey data
  • Partner with CST Poland to obtain the required support during the survey process
  • Self Management :

  • Meet the goals of the team through achieving objectives
  • Comply to all HR policies and processes
  • Identify and resolve internal process improvement opportunities
  • Stay abreast of new developments in area of responsibility through self-development, formal courses and seminars
  • SCOPE : Full-time position

    REQUIREMENTS :

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • Fluent in French and / or Portuguese
  • Relevant 3 year degree
  • 1 - 2 years in general HR environment
  • GRP preferable
  • SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

    Technical / Professional Knowledge :

  • Knowledge of Reward, Compensation and Benefits is advantageous
  • Basic Excel skills including other Microsoft Office
