Our Client is in the process of looking for an HR Manager for their company who consist out of a minimum of 250 employees, therefore the suitable individual must have the ability to run the HR Department.

Requirements : -Computer literacy.-Minimum 5 years HR experience.-Excellent knowledge of HR processes and current Labour legislation.

  • Ability to communicate effectively. -Attention to detail. -Relationship building skills. -Planning and Organizing skills.
  • Must be preferably located in Gansbaai or surrounding area. Duties : -Recruitment, Selection and Appointment.-Training and Development.
  • Personnel and Benefits Administration.-Employment Equity : Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of the EE Plan.
  • Assist with arranging EE committee meetings quarterly, taking minutes and distributing these.-Health and Safety. -Labour Relations.
