Account Executive - Robertville, Johannesburg Purpose of the job : To provide input and formulate strategy in order to meet the Sales Department objectives.
To create and implement tactical sales plans supported by consistent customer contact management approach in order to maintain customer relations and optimise client market share.
Education : Grade 12 Diploma in Media / Sales / Marketing / Media or equivalent Experience : 3 - 4 years' sales and marketing / media experience Experience within a similar industry will be advantageous Experience in a similar position would be an advantage Main Outputs / Responsibilities : Managing Achievement of Sales Target Source and develop new business to meet targets Cold calling Maintain existing clients Growing of existing clients Managing the Renewals / New business Follow up on a daily basis what the prospective new clients would be Managing Key Accounts Monitor client year on year spend to evaluate client activities with the company on a monthly basis Carry out client marketing analysis and provide feedback to the client in order to maintain dialogue and relations with the client on an ongoing basis Conduct formal account reviews to agree set rates for different formats Negotiate new / increases on rates for Key Accounts at renewal period Managing Representatives Performance Ensuring adherence to procedures, policies and systems Administration Report to Sales Manager on weekly / monthly performance.
