As part of Incubeta's Global growth, we are expanding into the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region , and are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join the MENA team.

Overview of this role
To partner with our MENA clients to provide strategic recommendations, knowledge & management of their account to deliver outstanding service and cement the partnership between Incubeta and our Clients.
The Account Manager supports the Client Service Lead from a more day to day account management perspective, effectively interrogating client requests and translating them into workable briefs for our internal teams whilst building strong relationships with our Clients.
The Account Manager is responsible for the smooth running and successful management of our client's account across all relevant Incubeta services, ensuring all of Incubeta's digital solutions and projects are delivered timeously, efficiently and successfully against our Clients commercial and expectations.
Place Within Our Organisation :
Direct Report to Client Service Lead within the MEA Client Service Team.
Works closely with the MEA Operational teams within the Incubeta Group.
Incubeta Client Service Representative for the MENA clients, partners and publishers
Drives Client vision and collaboration (often across multi-project workstreams) between the MENA Business Unit (Account Management, Consultants, Project Managers) and the Operational Hub team ( Delivery Managers, Media Traders, Creative team, and SEO analysts.)
Day to day management of the client relationship - the initial client go to' to manage most requests or issues.
Collaborations on client solution proposals, roadmaps and reviews; ensuring that all content is relevant to the clients business strategy and briefs received with a view to stimulating deeper conversation, performance improvements and planning into the future.
Proactively researches industry trends and brand knowledge to increase strategic understanding of client brands, disseminating this information to the wider teams, internally and externally, to spark innovation and new projects.
Client Administration including but not limited to managing status meetings, managing Google drives, client budget management recons, drafting Insertion Orders, Scope of Works and proposals.
Communicating and managing client briefs and business strategy with the internal operational service teams using project management tools.
Supports the Digital Project Manager in the management of client expectations in terms of project delivery, particularly in terms of timelines, budgets, requirements and dependencies.
Collaborates with partner agencies and in-market 3rd party partners to deliver cohesive solutions.
Invoicing & administration, particularly financial recons and addressing any budgetary issues.
Quality assurance of reports, presentations, campaign materials that is to be shared with our Clients.
Present insightful client reports with learnings in Weekly and or Monthly reviews with clients.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
3 + years Digital Agency experience
Comprehensive understanding of online, including but not limited to programmatic display, social media, search marketing, digital media, data driven dynamic creative and emerging technologies.
Strategic mindset it is critical to ensure understanding of the client strategy to formulate a solution offering across our Media, Technology and Creative offerings to achieve client's business goals.
Financial acumen with the ability to work with budgets and commercial models
A proven track record in project management for improved client business performance.
Excellent presentation and communication (listening, written & verbal) skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to review campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
A self-motivated go-getter who always strives to deliver the best possible results
Flexible approach and independent attitude
Ability to develop relationships internally, with your team and externally, with your clients
Ability to work under intense pressure
Knowledge of digital maturity / growth projects
Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and associated platforms
Experience on project management and timekeeping tools ie Podio, Chase, Harvest, HubSpot
In-market experience across the MENA region ( advantageous but not required)
Flexible Working Hours
Flexible working days and hours are required where Sunday working hours will apply to align with the MENA work week of Sunday to Thursday.
Any Sunday working hours will be compensated in time off on Fridays.
Occasional travel to Dubai may be required based on clients needs.
