National Key Account Manager - Pharmacy & FMCGIntroductionReferenc DBN002299-CH-1A Leading Pharmaceutical company has a vacancy for a National Key Accounts Manager to be responsible for the creation, coordination and execution of strategic business plans for key accounts within the OTC pharmacies and wholesalers based on market and business analytics.

Responsibilities : Develop Key Strategic Account Plans in line with the OTC Accounts National planDriving business growth & improving commercial execution Growing Sales, Revenue, Gross margins, within Pharmacies & WholesalersResponsible for the day-

to-day commercial aspects of client business relationships, including compliance to contracts and or agreements, with customers, delivering sales calls, participation and preparation of meetings and negotiations.

Negotiating prices, terms of trade, discounts, rebates, returns, etc.Manage expenditure within trade spend budgets and trading terms with the Key CustomersEnsures that OTC products and services are available to customersSystematically analyses reports on sales results, expectations, market, competition and trendsOverall coordination of negotiations around business dealings connected to defined customersMonitor stock levels key accounts / wholesalers / distributors and advise on customer inventoriesDevelop and nurture customer relationships with Buyers and or Wholesalers, ordering departments and internal stakeholders Supply Chain, Finance & MarketingEnsure reporting of weekly numbers to the National Key Accounts manager so as to track performance & manage month-
