This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who would like to play a key role in driving a high performing culture and one who has experience in Industrial & Employee Relations in the South Africa Labour environment.

A Day in the Life Your responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

You will design, implement and execute human resources strategies for business unit and functional groups.

You will partner with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objective and proactively resolves HR and business issues.

You will provide solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management.

You will anticipate and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.

Industrial and Employee Relations Management with broad understand of the Performance management cycle.

You will represent the organization at the CCMA

You will manage data integrity for all statutory reporting including but not limited to Employment Equity, Skills development and BBB Reporting.

You will facilitate internal communication initiatives with employees. Establish strong relationships with all managers, empower them in how to use all available HR Tools, guide them through HR Policies & Procedures, ensure they have support and talent required to succeed as a team

You will partner with regional centres of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Payroll to ensure regional projects are effectively implemented in Southern Africa region.

Responsible for and / or serves as a HR liaison in key projects.

You will manage third party service providers and provide data to ensure effective payroll processing.

Must Have : Minimum Requirements KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION

  • Minimum of 5 years as an HRBP experience overseeing the complete HRcycle
  • Must have experience working within a multinational
  • Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • In depth knowledge of SouthAfrican Labour Law and hands-on experience in this regard.
  • Nice to Have

  • Capability to establish and use networks to acquire information.
  • Computer Literate ability to prepare spreadsheets and presentations.Vlookup capability a must have.
  • Language skills : English and Tswana / Sotho
  • Consultative and businesspartnering approach
  • Ability to work in rapidlychanging environment
